I’m passionate about small businesses because I come from them. I was raised in a world where hard work mattered, relationships came first, and you did a little bit of everything to keep things going. Since then, I’ve carried that mindset through agriculture, fashion, nonprofit work, and food + beverage—learning how different industries show up, connect with people, and grow sustainably.
